#42 plugs into the engine harness on the passenger side by the shock tower. It should have a clip on the wire to hold it to the tower, but most cases they break. From there it goes into the firewall on the passenger side & to the eec, but the connector you need is like i described, should be by the front of the passenger side shock tower. There is only ONE plug that it will fit into correctly.

The wires in the 1st pic are:
The squareish one is for the vss (which plugs into the speedo cable)
The circle one is for the reverse lights (which plugs into the side of the transmission on the drivers side) The wires from there will go up through a gromet in the trans tunnel on the drivers side it's a little bit further back than the shifter.
