this guy that lives by me has a T45 transmission out of a 1998 mustang GT for sale. i want to buy it if that trans bolts up to my 1995 5.0. he also wants 250 OBO for it. is that a good price. [/align]

no, the t-45 will Not bolt up, the t-5 is the only one that'll bolt to the 5.0's. at least as far as stock std tranny's go.

Yup, T-45 will only fit on the 4.6 since you can't change the bellhousing (it's part of the case).

You should be able to find T-5's all day long for less than 500$, just make sure it is for a 94-95 car.

the 4r70w will, some wire modifications and pcm tuneing is needed for the swap.
the aode will bolt right up.

nooooooo dont put an auto in a mustang with a std, just throw another t-5 in it. my personal belief, mustangs should all be std unless you're running one bad *** drag car and then you'd use a c4, i just dont like auto's. i will never own a automatic mustang that isnt drag only.
