Default Heads and headers

Just a quick question. Why wont equal length headers fit on gt-40 heads? From what Ive read and understand equal lenth headers are the best to have right?

well any header for the most part will work with gt40's

I tried searching before i posted and for some reason the search function wasnt working for me. So what is the fitment issue with gt40 p's? I ask cause I want to start bolting on more power (who doesnt) but I would like to stick with equal length headers. Could I have some fabricated for me?

y so insistent are equal length, from what im told theyre not really worth the extra power untill you start hitting some real big numbers, probably be fuine for your application unless your going all out, any way i hear they are a pain to install

Im not so much insistent on them, I just already have those on my car. Why buy another set if I can get heads that they will fit on.

Huh? In your last post you mentioned having a set of equal lengths fabricated for you... Get your damn story straight man.

Maybe you should... nevermind. Have some equal lengths fabricated if I were to get gt40 p's. Does that clarify things.

due to spark plug location equal length headers will interfere with plugs and wires.......get a set of shorties or bbk long tubes will work I think??

The sparkplugs come out the heads ata straighter angle on the P'svs stock E'7s and regular GT40'scausinginterference with the header tubes.Your equal length headers will work fine with regular GT40 heads.
