Mustang Ray

My '94 Mustang with a brand new engine ran fine for a few days, now it suddenly won't start after sitting for about a month. I had the starter checked and replaced the ignition control module, ignition relay in the steering column, put a brand new battery in the car and cleaned the connections. It still won't start. I even checked to make sure the engine isn't locked. Of course, it isn't and turns easily. Any suggestions from anyone?? I sure would love to be cruising on the highway this weekend! [:@]

Fuel, air, spark. It's one of the 3. Does it have fuel pressure? Does it have compression? Is the ignition actually firing? CEL on? Any codes?
