My vote I'd say if you're wanting a cheap car with cheap body parts in case something happens go with a fox. I think sn95's look like a cleaner car, more comfortable feeling like a daily driver. fox's feel more like a car you beat on & race. Just my opinion. I love both though. Both styles seem to get good compliments quite a bit

true, it's not that bad. i've worked on plenty of 4.6's, i'm a ford technician and i've done this at our dealership. and still to this day i believe it's easier to work on a 5.0 rather than a 4.6. i know you said it's simple but nothing is more simple than a 5.0 break down. it is a great motor to start with. BUT once again lets leave out why one is better than the other, there was a totally different thread for that
I disagree, I think a 2.3 breakdown is alot easier than a 5.0

It took me 15 minutes to have my 2.3 out & under 30 minutes to tear it completely down. [8D]

Fox is easy to work on . Like these guys said check your local state laws and if a 20 yr old car gets you out of the emmisions loop go that route. There are so many crate motors out there unless you want to build your own, and so much GOOD advice on this site about what works and what dosent you can't go wrong. Not one person on this site has ever steered me in the wrong direction. They give me info to check out and always ask how it helped me trust it , and you will be enlightened ( dam , that sounds GAY)
