the exhaust leak WILL cause a lean condition as JOEL5.0 states which is a result of a loose header bolt which inturn since bolt was loose causes gasket to blow out hence exhaust leak hence lean condition

Hmm very interesting I hope this fixes my mileage, fingers are crossed. It was one of the 2 bolts on the header to midpipe connection not header to head btw
