Default Faster with Full Tank?

Why does my car seem faster with a full tank of gas, I don't thinkI'm gaining that much moretraction, maybe its just the feeling you get after pumping gas in or something.

Me too, I used to keep 1/2 for weight purposes but I think full just feels better.

I would think the extra weight would slow it down. <IMG src=smileys/smiley5.gif border="0">

of course your top end slows down that just like any other car add weight car slow. But in a Stang add weight and you get a better launch.
