Default Sudden overheating

WellI guess i'll start and say my fanand radiator where both replaced... (..but had to bring it back to the shop theday after they said it was "done" ..because the fan wasn't spinning at all)

so now thats "fixed" and the fan is spinning...

Its been abouta month an a halfsince getting it back and the weather is getting hotter outside....Now the carwill heatup normally to about 190 F. then will be idling atred lightor sometimes even while in gear...it will startoverheating really fast! up to 235F...and todayIdidnt catch the temp soon enoughand it was redlining my aftermarketmechanical temp gauge at 250F.

I had to turn on the heat(ercore)to high andthe temp fell back down to 188F in about 12 seconds.....Gotta be trouble....?

Also when in gear 3rd or 4th it sounds like whinning coming fromtransmission/flywheel, clutch?

I'm thinkingI need to adjust the clutch...as shifts are getting harder and rough. (new clutch as of 2 months ago... cable only adjustable underneath car...ugghhh.)

More Details:
Fan seemed to be spinning C.C.W. (normal?)
and is it possible they put it on backwards?

-any direction or incite?

THANKS

*Update*
Problem is now fixed and is its running better than ever!
Cause was worn lower radiator hose... (wasnt busted but loosing pressure)

Also for those that havn't been troubled by them... NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE.... SCREW THAT MESS... (I would have done it myself if i had new jacks...) My mistake is realized... but damn...

Ford
Factory Recommends Automatic Trans. Fluid. (Dexron III/Mercon ATF )

and they put 10 weight manual trans fluid in it....

DAMN IT!
also had my clutch cable adjusted...

Overheating stopped and is shifting is soo much more smoother..

Swe3t!
