cause it's a mustang clutch. my friends that drive their ricers all complain about my clutch when they get in and try pushing it down. lol you'll just build up serious left leg muscle. haha

my money is on the guess that your cable was routed wrong, which would have caused unneccessary wear, and breakage, as well as binding, causing the hard to push in-ness
my clutch is stiff as hell, and i love it, i hate driving my friends cars, but i can do it because the mach has a hydraulic clutch, so im used to it

lol when i drive my brothers honda i almost put my foot through the floor, he yells at me all the time "quit smashing my clutch pedal" and my come back is quit driving a sissy paul walker special.When you replace your cable you might as well get a nice one bbk,steeda whatever you want man I hear its fairly easy.
