The stage 3 can also eat your flywheel up. I have the stage 3 spec clutch in my car. My car was only pushing 276rwhp and 313 torque. I think its all in how u break the clutch in. This is my 2nd spec stage 3. The first was more harsh then the 1 I have now. The first one I was easy on it for about 200 miles and then just didn't care. Second one I was easy on it for about 800 miles and its great. I would prefera stage 2 but when u get clutches for free u can't complain.Very stiff clutch pedal. Sucks in city traffic. Fun on the streets. Can break a stock T-5 if ur not easy on it.If u want a good flywheel you can just get a billet steel flywheel.
