taking off door / fender

RE: taking off door / fender
Pretty easy, the fenders have 3 8mm bolts under hood, and a few holding it to the bumper in the fenderwell. The door is eith 6 13mm bolts to remove hingers or just the pins. The wiring has to be disconnected

There is also a bolt at the bottom of the fender and one in the door jamb. Both 8 mm or 5/16".

Not to hi-jack the thread, but is there a way to replace the doorsby just removing the hinge pins?.The pin looks like a large rivet, do you have to grind the head off?. If so, can you get new pins, or do you have to use a bolt?. I'm trying not to have to remove the fenders.
