Default New Engine Parts

I have an 87 5.0LX Hatchback, with a stock engine but these other upgrades...it has a K&N Cold air intake, 3.73 gears, posi system, flowmaster exhaust, and underdrive pulleys...I'm looking at doing a bit of an engine parts upgrade, and i wanted to know what camshaft/lifters would be the best for my engine to give me more horsepower, as well as what intake, headers, and heads would be best for more horsepower gain.

it means you have speed density. you need the conversion kit before anythine else. its like 500$ i think but its worth it. brothers catalog has a pic of what you need in it. i have the brodix heads st5.0R (69 hp over stock in mm&ff) trick flow track heat cam Stage 1, and a cobra intake w? heat spacer, comp steel 1.6 roller rockers and i ran a 12.8 but i have the usual bolt on s**t also tho so like gears, exhaust pullys ect. i used bf goodrich drag radials.
