egr code 33?

RE: egr code 33?
Nope..... code 33 will not cause any performance or driveability problems. It means the EEC is not detecting the EVP sensor on top of the EGR changing voltage as a sign the EGR is opening when the EEC tells it to. You could either have a problem with the vacuum supply line to the EVR (EGR solenoid) or the vacuum line from the EVR to the EGR valve. The EVR is the solenoid the system uses to activate the EGR valve.
