Default help me out!

my posi is burned out and i decided to replace it. i plan on getting a stall converter (around 2800-3200) really soon.
I have a few questions
1. Should i get 31 spline axles b/c im goin to be runninga stall?
2. Should i go with the frpp replacement diff. or Auborn Pro-how much better is the auborn pro?
3. How much will my 1/4 drop w/ a 3000 stall and new differential?
4. Should i buy/replace any other parts while im doin this?
5.Do i needc-clip eliminators?

i have an h/c/i and its an AOD w/ shift kit and trans cooler. i drive it on the street and alsolike totake it to the track.

Your converter should match your cam profile. Ideally the converter should stall at
+/- 700 rpms before peak torqueis reached. As far as axles, what kind of horsepower are you pushing?, what gears are you running, what tires are you running?, if you're running a stock AOD and it's holding up under your power, I wouldn't upgrade to 31 splines just yet (unless you just have the money lying around to do it). C-clip eliminators are always a good idea. Any reason you just don't replace the clutches in your current track-lok ($100)

well i have the frpp e-cam so what kind of stall should i get? i have gt40 heads, e-cam, typhoon intake, full exhaust, all other bolt ons and4:10 gears and im going to be runnin mt et streets. im guessin i have close to 300 hpat the crank.
so should i just hold off on the axles???
is the auburn pro going to help out more than the stock diff. by a noticable gain?

1.depends on what your power output is now 28 should be fine but get 31 for added durability
2.auburns you can't rebuild I 'd go with frpp = easy to rebuild
3.not much 60 ft will improve a few.100
4.gears if you don't have em
5. no
