valve springs

what is a good set of upgraded valve springs?
i have a ford racing F303 cam on stock springs and after racing the other night it seems like the valvetrain is all sorts of effed up
thinkin about just replacing the entire valvetrain to some performance parts
new lifters, pushrods, springs and rocker arms

The recommended valve springs for the alphabet cams (aside the Z-303) are the M-6513-A50 + M-6514-A50 retainers + M-6518-B351 locks from FRPP.
