all depends on your budget!!! if it's small choose a mild cam and get some gt-40's or gt-40p heads and and explorer intake and have all the stuff ported and you should have aroung 1000 invested in such a set up in the end that'll perform decent

Heads: TrickFlow or AFR(I have trickflow and love it)
Intake: Cobra or Edelbrock Performer
Cam: Custom, TrickFlow Stg-1, Crane 2030(little outdated but sounds good)
You will also need to upgrade to 24lb injectors and a 190lph fuel pump
