Default EFI to Carb questions?

I am converting my car to carbed this weekend. I want to use the stock EFI pump just for simplicity. Is there a regulator I can use to cut my pressure down to carb specs? I don't want to drop the tank and all that.

THanks,

All the regulators I found wouldn't drop the pressure down far enough.
