breaking up at 2500rpm??

Default breaking up at 2500rpm??

ok when im driving around in my 89gt i noticed it breaks up kinda like around 2500 rpm it feels like its breaking up or like popping..the cars fuel pressure is at 42 psi...anyone have any ideas..timing too advanced maybe

also check plug gap try gapping at .042" and see if it helps, and if you have platinums... ditch them for stock coppers.

ok im running autolite 3924's gapped at 52 i belive ( edelbrock tech said) new msd cap,rotor and ford racing wires...kinda started outta no where...coil is like 1 month old also ( msd coil)

At night, a spray bottle with a dash of table salt, sprayed over the ignition components, like coil, and wires, will show ignition issues by you seing the sparks.

i checked at night and theres no arking or any spark visible... Could it be a bad dizzy?i just replaced my ecu and car ran mint and i noticed the breaking up today

you need to find someone with an occiliscope and look at firing voltages and ignition pattern to see where breakdown is and what cylinder or run a koer/cylinder balance test with your ecu's self test function to pinpoint prob cylinders

i tried cylinder balance test cant run cause i have 2 codes for my air injection system

clear the codes and try again if not then you'll need someone with a portable lab scope to look at ignition system patterns to narrow down miss..expecially when all parts are new

ok..i also noticed wiggled all the wiring that goes to the starter relay near the battery, like all the fuseable links and i noticed it hasnt broke up, is it possible i just have a wiring issue?
