Default Surging idle & bumpy on decel

1. My 89 gt has an issue where on decel I feel like i'm hitting small bumps when i'm clearly not. I had the ujoints replaced which fixed the problem somewhat, but i still feel it.

2. It also has a bit of a surging idle in gear with my foot on and off the brake. In the surge i can feel the engine grumble just ONCE and the revs drop for a split second and it does this every few seconds. (take into consideration it's been rebuilt, but nothing fancy internally). In park it seems to rev up to 1500 rpm then climb back down and start surging again. Most the time it wont reach the 750-900 range. Sometimes, it doesnt even surge that bad. But it did it again today and i'm fed up!!!

For problem 1 i'm probably expecting either a broken rear or loose tranny mounts? correct me if i'm wrong.

for the latter i'm completely clueless, besides for something i saw someone post about a TP connection going bad.

Please help!

To find a vacuum leak i would need to pull codes which i can't do without sending it in.
So would you reccommend me sending it in to get that diagnosed?

I'll go rip off the IAC and clean it out.

The motor was rebuilt but all the other parts on it have about 150k miles on em so i'm sure i'll need a new one

Any help with the bump on decel?

Heres a video of it idling after 10 min. Once the check engine light stays on it will smell rich.
If i'm out driving it the light will come off and it drives just fine, but once its idling all the problems start up again.

Can i get the IAC ordered at the ford dealer?
