It would be wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy easier to do carb since all you need to run it is one fuel line one a fuel pressure regulator and a wire to fire the ignition. You can run mechanical guages like oil pressure volts and water temp and your good! Most people will tell you dont do this since It is older technology but a properly tuned carb is as good as ANY fuel injection setup.

ORIGINAL: nseoi

DONT DO IT AT FIRESTONE!!!
unless u TRUST the guys doing it personally

that aside... after you have wiped your face :P...

engine, wiring harness, ECU (make sure to get the computer from the same car u get the wiring from, like MAF wires, MAF computer, manual, manual...) tranny/bellhousing, clutch pedal assembly with cable. you dont NEED the brakes or 8.8 rear but then you dont want to go all out racing until you do swap that out. you will need to lose your e-fan because its too fat to fit with a v8 in there you will use the v8 clutch fan... hmm not sure what else off the top of my head
personally, I'd leave the clutch fan in the trash and re-use the stock fan pigtail harness to splice in a ford taurus fan. I've had one too many clutch fan throw a blade through a radiator on the highway on me...
