I've seen pics and they don't look all that bad well atleast not in my opnion.

Im not really into that import low profile look and 225/50 just look a little to thin for my taste.

So would they cause any problems?
I take it you really don't know all that much about how tire sizes really work. So i'll make this nice and easy for you

Run a 245/50/16 in the back, and a 225/55/16 in the front

i have right now 245/50/16 in the back and 225/50/16 in the front and ill embed a pic of it..
i used to have 235/60/16 in the rear and 235/55/16 in the front..the rears were fine but the front rubbed a little when cranking the wheel all the way..they were too tall..looked goofy

in the front more than likely yes..

i run 255/50/16's in the rear and sometimes rubs my exhaust tips

i also removed the quad shocks

they came with 225/55r16 but alot of people run 225/60r16 cause there cheaper...like me lol.there fine.

adder is right. just go with it and forget the truck tires my friend.
i have 245/50/16 in the back and 215/50/16 i think in the front but the front ones look like ****
so just go with his sizes they sound just about right
