Default chattering coming from tranny ??? please help
I recently posted but no one replied When am driving and I stop u could hear chattering and its really hard for the gears to go in ... what's happening tranny ? Clutch ? Clutch cable ?? HELP

If there is chattering coming from the trans, could be a bearing goimg bad in the trans. Have you checked the fluid in it?

Well chattering is not going to be the cable, do the noises stop when you push the clutch in?

The chirping starts when my foot is on the clutch ... it had started chirping awhile back then it stoped and it started again

If it just chatteres when your foot is on the clutch then it could be just your throw-out- bearing.

If its the throw out bearing will it be hard to get in the gears ?? I have trouble getting the gears in

If it is low on fluid, its prolly to late. If you have never checked it, you should change it asap. 3 quatrs of trans fluid is not to expensive.

Today I woke up early and I changed the fluid I put in the royal purple it got about 2 and a half quarts ... it feels smooth, can it still be the throw out bearing and my clutch ? Its hard to get it into 1st
