Stickey throttle

Im not sure if my throttle is stickey or tough, it feels like it is but I could be remembering wrong. Iv only had the car for about a month, and the 2 middle weeks I was on vacation and replacing parts. Is there a common fix for a stickey throttle?

my last 5.0 had a sticky throttle

was missing the top bolt on the throttle cable

it got stuck wide open once and i had to shut the car off!

spray some wd-40 in the cable, also clean the t/b could be gummed up

Get some Throttle body cleaner and follow the directions. It works wonders.

if all else fails the cable may be catching internally and if so replace it

Sometimes mine sticks closed.

Not really stuck but from partial throttle to full the pressure to open the blade is easy and smooth.

Off idle sometimes it requires a bit extra pressure to open it.

Any ideas?
