Drivability issues

RE: Drivability issues
Yep tried moving it one tooth each direction it only made it worse. The smoke machine worked great. I put smoke in the pvc port on the intake and was able to see a little come out the throttle body area. Its back to taking that intake back off. I listed the whole build on the first forum when I posted the question if you like to see what I did. I would like another recomendation of what other intake system works. Unfortinatley I already have $400 into this Cobra intake. I did talk to a summit tech and he hasnt heard of this problem before. He recommended a different Felpro Gasket number to try. He thinks the intake is setting too high on the heads and the ports are not matching. I guess I will pull it apart and try again. Whats another $10 gasket set and a couple hours of labor.

RE: Drivability issues
I did pull the rubber intake part off and when I opened the throttle plate it was coming out of there. Just to clarify I was putting the smoke in the pvc port on the lower intake. Since I last posted the last posting I pulled the intake and replaced the gaskets with a different kind and It still runs exactually the same. Can you say frustrating? I looked closley at the gaskets I took off and you can see where the intake side is not sealing. The flange on the intake goes over the edge of the gasket opening. I think the intake is junk!
