Default spark plugs

Iam using autolite platinums now and people say not to, so autolite 24's good? and gapped to .042?

autolite 24's are alright platinum will burn up way to fast in your engine. motorcraft is very good i have had very very good luck with ngk plugs

I just picked up motorcraft coppers.. Whats the best gap for a mostly stock 5.0? I know .054 is what the book says

I gapped my autolite coppers to .050". I'm gonna gap at 052"...between the different gaps i hear of.

i was told by this guy that came to my shop to use ngk racing seriesr5671a-7 for aluminum heads i am going to buy a set this weekend and see how they work

When I first got the car they were gapped at .042 then I changed them to .054 with platinums now im gunna change them to coppers and im not sureif i should use .042 .045 or .054
