What head gasket should i get for a 5.0 with new TF street/strip heads going on it?

im not sure i haven't ordered them yet, i want to get everything at once so i dont have to pay shipping 5 times. Here are the heads:

are you running roller rockers and is your set up efi???

to be honest i don't know... the guy before me said in the motor he just rebuilt it, put a b303 cam, TF intake manifolds and new cap rotor and wires on the distributor.

and yes its EFI

MLS is what most OEM rides are using at the current time.
