warming up
My89 5.0 doesnt like to run when its cold. When i first start it up it will die, but if i rev it up a few times it usually does fine. Im not quite shurewhat the problem is, i just replaced the battery and alternator, but when it starts running the volts are almost in the red, and when i shift to a gear the car nearly dies. the oil pressure is also very low when i am not moving, when i take off it goes back up to normal. After i crank it and drive down the road it takes about 2-3 miles to get firing on all cylinders. Any ideas or suggestions would be great. I am getting ready to change the plugs, hoping that is part of the problem.</P>
