Default Intake removal/install

Gonna change out the MAP hose, which requires pulling upper intake off. Im gonna throw on a new intake gasket. Does anyone know what gasket sealant and silicone I need and how to apply it.

No sealer, just use the gasket only and make sure the surfaces are clean.
