i just put a new motor in my car and i put a edelbrock performer rpm intake and a 70mm t/b,and my car seems to be hesitating when u give it gas and i cant get it to idle at 900,it goes up to like 1500 and u hit the gas and it will drop to 900 but if u press in the clutch it jumps back up.i need some help to fix this problem if anyone has any ideas they can give me.

What TB are you using? It sounds like your timing might be too slow causing the hesitation. I also suspect a vacuum leak causing the idle problems.
What year car is it?
