I changed EVERY hose on intake...still got code 22(MAP sensor out of range)and now I just put on a used MAP sensor and still getting code 22. Only fires up in the morning cold, after that it dies and now when I shut A/C off it dies somtimes....this is really annoying.[:@]

are you running a MAF conversion?

No its still speed density and I have a hose connectedgoing from MAP to intake.

try either swapping it with a known good part, or try replacing it. IIRC they arent very much money.

MAP sensor is $60 at Autozone...I probably could just see if it works and if it doesn't, return it.

I WAS saving money w/ this fox b/c I have not car payment. I used to have a 2001 GT and payed $200 a month, but it never broke down. Now, my gears are grinding, the valves are tapping and this starting issue makes me kinda want to sell this POS and get a 99-04 GT, put mufflers on it and call it a ****en day. My fox could easily go for 5K here.

lol...if anything major gives on this...tranny, clutch, ect. I'll cut my losses and tow this **** to someone house for $2500.

Did you test the MAP with a multimeter?

I already bought a tester to run KOEO/KOER and can't afford to get another one. I'v pretty sure that this issue has nothing to do with a MAP Sensor, so Im just gonna forget about the code 22. Im thinking now that its a Fuel reltated problem with a bad pump, regulator, or injector. See, once it dies, its starts up perfect on 2nd try because fuel has been circulated through the system.
