RE: H/C/I break in
how bout you have one of your senior buddy's record this said burnout so we can make sure the h/c/i sounds and runs good. Just to be sure a vid of the car in action will help us determine if you did a good job or not

RE: H/C/I break in
if it where me, id let it warm up good. kill it for a few hours, then warm it up again (heat cycle could drive out leaks)
then id do a good burnout, bang through the gears a couple times, then change the oil.
500 miles, change the oil again.
1500 miles, change the oil.
but im parinoid of breaking vehicles in ever sence i bougt my old brand new car.
i waited till 1500miles to change the oil, looked into the drain pan, and it looked like you had droped a bucket of sparkles into the damn stuff, its the worst ive ever seen.........
idk, thats what i plan on doing, prob overkill but oh wel

RE: H/C/I break in
im changing the oil right before i start it, so i dont think that will be necesary, but ill change it at 1500, im not that paranoid, and i dont want to buy it that often
trust me, on the test drive around the block (with a stop sign to test the first+second spin and 3rd chirp) ill have my buddy record it...
