Will I Pass Emissions?

Will I Pass Emissions?
Hey all,
I have to get my stang registered in GA in a few weeks and I have to pass the sniffer test. Right now I have no smog pump and no cats. I'm going to slap on some universal catco converters, plus my EGR Valve, throttle body, EGR Plate, O2 sensors, and IAC are all new with no crappy buildup on them. I'm pretty sure I'll pass, but I was wondering if you all think I should do anything else that would help me pass like back down my fuel pressure or retard my timing a bit. Any other helpful hints would be appreciated.

RE: Will I Pass Emissions?
make sure you have a 190* thermastat
timing to 8*
oil change
make sure the tps is right
ive heard you can go as low as 30psi on the fuel pressure without damaging it
also run some fuel injector cleaner through the car. i prefer stp fuel system cleaner
you can run 1-2bottles of rubbing alchohol in a .25 tank of 89
if you dont do that i was told to run 87 octane cause it burns faster
