oil ?
its about time to change my oil and i have been using castrol syntec fully synthetic 10w 40, should i keep using this or change it?

I'd get a better oil than Castrol, it's become crap lately. Along with a lot of other oils, including Royal Purple(much to many people's suprise). The Mobil 1 stuff still seems to be good still, as well as Torco Racing Oils(one of the best), and the Valvoline VR1 racing.

stick with the 10w40.....unless you recently had a rebuild on it. also your better off having a thinker weight oil during the summer than the winter.

mobile 1 full syn. 10w30,with a k&n oil filter. youll sure be set.

10w30 is stock, but since your running 10w40 I'd stick with it...but change it! ...shelf oils all about the same unless you start getting into the RedLines, Amsoil...
