Default # 1 cylinder location

I need to know where the nuber one cylinder is on a 92 GT. I could also use a quik refresher on how to set the timing. I just put gt40 heads, E303 cam, trick flow track heat intake, 70mm pro products throttle body. Someone told me I should advance the timing a bit. How much? And how do I do it? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Front of car on passenger side, if you dont want to keep going back to the computer for this kind of stuff, go get a Haynes repair guide at autozone, they're awesome.</P>
