Setting the TPS Voltage?
How do you go about setting the TPS voltage? I cant seem to make it work after followng the direction that came with the mulimeter, and an article off another Mustang site. Any insight would be great. Thanks.

RE: Setting the TPS Voltage?
I was looking through that post but I was wondering if it will really help. It mentions (and I have heard elsewhere) that you can't adjust the TPS in sn-95 5.0s by loosening it and twisting it like you could in the Fox 5.0s.

RE: Setting the TPS Voltage?
You don't have/need to adjust a non-adjustable sensor. The TPS setting to .9xxx vdc is a myth. It will not do anything performance or idle control wise, provided there are no TPS related failure codes..... the EEC will filter the closed throttle position and set "closed throttle" position to the minimum voltage it reads as long as it is between .5vdc and 1.19 vdc.....
