Default Clutch on its way out?

well after it rained a couple weeks ago, the next day it was hard to shift into 2nd and 3rd gear. After week or so the problem seemed to go away, but now its grinding when I floor it andshift from 1st to 2nd gear. Does it need adjustment or is it going out? Clutch has always worked good, except its always been hard to put in reverse.

Probably just needs adjustment. How far from the floor does it engage? A bad clutch or slipping clutch wouldn't cause problems with shifting, just engaging and moving the car. A bad bearing or fork though could cause those problems.
