75-140 syn. its what ford uses in almost all their newer cars i have it in my diff and i was working great till the bearings started going. i really only use motorcraft cause i get it cheap from the dealer and dont forget your friction modifier

put the friction modifier in first then fill it till it starts dripping out of the hole. i have a 7.5 and it took just under 2qts yours would take more seeing as its bigger

little over 2 quarts and if you get a synthetic based 75/80w 90 it'll have additive in it and just fill and go

I think most gl-5 based synthetics will have the additive in it....just read the back of the bottle and it'll say for what applications.. the valvoline says safe for use in limited slip rears so good to go!!
