fidanza flywheel

how much difference is there between a stock flywheel and an aluminum and how much difference are they suppose to make and are they good for a street car?

i have a fidanza flywheel on my car and i would have to say it helps rev the car faster and it provides a more spot on feel when releasing the clutch. Not sure it will make a difference unless you upgrade to a stage 2 clutch or better though?
