none of the kits!!! they are all above and over what you need!!!! for one they come with a forged crank which will outlast the strength of the block, you can get a complete .030 stock rebuild kit for 500 to 700, first ask who will do the machine work for the block?? a decent machine shop can hook you up with what you need and even summit has cheaper kit which will be adequate for your current goal/build

In today's market, I wouldn't waste time or money doing a rebuild of an old engine. By the time you hassle with parts selection and ordering, get the machining done, by all the other small parts, etc, it turns out it would be cheaper, quicker, and easier to buy a crate engine.

Take a look at companies like Coast High, Southern engines, and even Ford. There are some great offerings out there if you look around a little. The Ford engines even have a warrentee!
