ive checked fuel pressure, ive checked the relay, ive checked the fuses all are good but im not getting power to any of my relays when i turn the key on. how do i check for the pip signal? scan tool?

so i finally got the time to sit down and fault trace this problem and i found it to be in the eec power relay. i thought it was good bc it was clicking and such when the key was turned on, but as it turns out it had corrosion on the inside and it wasnt making contact. well now that its sitting at my work and able to be driven... i have no insurance on it to drive home lol(about 45 in from my house) oops lol thanks for all of your help!
