Default Explorer intake with speed den

I want to put an explorer 5.0 intake on my stock 5.0, along with maybe a 65mm TB? would this work with speed density? I haveread that they flow almost as good as the cobra intakes.

You *might* have some idleing problems, no way to know for sure until you do it! I would guess that you wont have any problems at all.

if the T/B is from a explore you have a lil tweak to do on the linkage...they don't in no way flow as well but are a lot better than the stock one...I used a truck lower and a professional products top.big diffence

they dont flow nearly as good as the gt-40. the intake runners are longer and the diameter tubes are smaller. you would have to do some major porting to get the right flow numbers.
