Some Biatch rear ended my in the school parking lot today, I am sooo pissed. I just got my car finished and drivable, and this brat hits me with her 90' Cavalier. Damage is 600$, and she wants me to go to this sh*ty place to get another estimate! I want the work done right, and I'm probably just going to get the whole car painted if she is paying cash. Anyway, if she goes through her insurance, can I still use the money for painting the whole thing?

No, if she goes through insurance you will not get cash, you will just have to send them the bill once they aprove of the estimate for the damage. How bad was it?

It's unethical to try and get the whole car painted on her dime. You can, however, have the shop do the estimate based upon fixing what she caused, and then kick the remainder in yourself. It's cheaper to paint the entire car at once instead of piecemeal.

No no, I wasnt going to get the whole car painted on her tab, she would pay the bumper part, I would do the rest. Trying to use her to get the whole thing is something that a liberal would do, not me. Turns out, this guy I know who's been in the businees for 40yrs is going to do it for cheap, so she's paying cash. It wasnt that bad, and it takes like 2000 from the same guy for an amazing paint job, so Im just going to get it painted and then wax it up good.

hehe i had the same incident in school almost ( anerous place fo stangs lol) my battery died in my 86 GT and tgive me a jump. Well we get everything all hooked up and i start my car and me being a dumbass for get to put it in nuetral ( 5-speed) and let the clutch out it jump nd BASHED his truck. Man i thought i screwed up my car but turns out his truck was the only one who suffered damage. I knocked his bumper off . OOPS. thank god have a strong front end lol
