Default Widest Rims that will fit

I'm piecing together a 5 lug conversion kit, and bullitt rims on americanmuscle.com just went on sale, so i was thinking about getting them. Will i be able to fit 8 or 9" wide up front and 10" in the back?

10 might be too wide out back, I know you can fit a 275, but that fits best on a 9"

I had 9 inch on the front when I was four lug and they rubbed on the wheel to the control arm's rear lip. Now with five lug I'm running an 8 inch fron wheel and have absolutely no issues. I'm also running 2000 spindles. The rears I have 9 inch wide wheel with 275/40R17s.

I used 17x9's on my lowered '91 GT, 275's rear, 245's up front with 1995 Cobra R's....9" seemed to be the upper limit!
Make sure those Bullitt wheels with your "stock" front bearing if you DID NOT convert to SN94/95...Some wheels will not work! ...'95 Cobra R wheels do if you used Lincoln or SVO rotors!

it says it will fit an sn95 or a new edge. So as long as i get spindles and brakes from one of those i think i'll be alright.

Why would you "piecing together a 5 lug conversion kit" for a sn95 or new edge?? ...They came as 5 lug, confused! ...never saw where its says sn95 or new edge

10 inch wide rims will fit, with the proper back spacing, fender rolling, quad shock removal... there was a member who crammed 10.5s out back with some tender love from a BFH
