Anything can be done w/ enough money and know how. Realistically and cost effective, no.

It can be done if you can weld/cut/drill metal. Your best bet with a stock intake is going to be to mount it above the passenger side valve cover with the egr removed. The alt would need to be relocated aswell. The tbird uses an 8 rib pulley, your stock belt is a 6 rib setup. You can switch to a 6 rib pulley, run a separate 8 rib crank pulley, or run the stock 6 rib with the 8 rib pulley (it's been done before with no issues).

With this mount the passenger side valve cover would need to be modified by moving the oil fill tube to the rear of the valve cover instead of the front. The m90 provides more than enough air for a stock or somewhat modified 5.0. The actual setup itself will cost you anywhere from $100-700 depending on where you source your parts. (not including injectors or fuel managment) For example an aftermarket 8 rib crank pulley dedicated to driving the s/c could set you back around $300. You could run it off of the stock 6 rib providing you had a decent wrap around the pulley so it's less likely to slip. (it can take anywhere from 20-50hp to run it depending on your setup)

That sounds like a project that will take time and a whole lot of money

so basically, not worth it. You'll be better off going with a KB, Vortec, ATI...

I would go with a centrifugal blower style that was a self lubed unit I think the paxtons and pro chargers are it saves a bunch of heartache of not having to tap into the oil pan

expect to gain 150rwhp on a bone stock 5.0 with an eaton m90. You can gain about another 40rwhp by porting the heads, intake, sc, and throwing an OD pulley on the sc.

The worth it is your call. The setup can be cheap or expensive depending on the route you go. You can expect to spend $500-$1000 on it if you go with some used/some new. The fuel/tune part is what cost the money. Keep in mind this is a positive displacement setup so in comparison to the kits for low end power you have it or the twin screw. I personally favor the roots in most areas. If I didn't have alot of money to spend it would very well be worth it.

How much time it takes will depend on how quick you work & source the materials. If you had everything available the whole kit could be built/installed in a full day. I would say on average it may take you 4 days if you don't want to spend the whole day on it.

I personally wouldn't expect 150whp

But if he had a grand in this why wouldnt he turbo the car since they have good deals on turbo kits so for an extra 600+shipping wouldnt it make sense to turbo it
