Again, does it have fluid in it? It sounds like the trans does not have any oil it. You will probably need a whole new tranny or a used one.

You checked it yourself? The trans fluid you need is DEXRON-MERCON.

im with the throw out bearing, mine does the same thing and my mechanic says its the throw out bearing, a quick fix is to get under the car and tighten the clutch cable, if you tighten it and the noise goes away, its deffinitaly your throw out bearing.

Throw out bearings don't make noise when the clutch is engaged.

i agree with him they normally make noise when disengaged the get quite when engaged because there is pressure on them
