timing cover
#11
I think I have three of the common timing covers in my shed, picked them up a while ago and blasted them but have not messed with them since, with dipstick, without dipstick, and with mech fuel pump slot.
Whatever cover you get, lay a straight edge against it and make sure it is flat, last new one I got was machined poorly.

I could easily be wrong but I thought they would accept any standard 302 water pump, as for vintages I think the dipstick one and the mechanical fuel pump one are from early 70s, non dipstick is 80s. I went and looked and I actually have 5 of the covers in my shed, tomorrow I'll take a closer look when it is light outside.
