You have a 1995 that ECM REALLY BENEFITS FROM A TUNE, NIGHT AND DAY DIFFERENCE.
I would highly recommend an adjustable fuel pressure regulator as well as new O2 sensors.
The 94-ups ECM like to run lean at the top as I have personally encountered that while tuning, and while adjusting the tune to compensate, without the regulator, things were more difficult.
Even though the auto tranny takes more power away than a Manual, you can benefit from no shifting errors, over revving, and traction in first issues.

Well do you guys think the trickflow heads will make that big of a difference? also if i got the trick flow heads would i need to upgrade my fuel syetem (injectors, fuel pump, MAF)?thanks again for thr input

In many cases, the Trickflow heads will make more power than box stock GT-40's, probably 15-20rwhp. However, AFR heads are the ones that make great power. However, they are a little pricey. Trickflow Twisted Wedge heads will usually run cheaper than GT-40X heads. When you do any H/C/I you will need to upgrade the fuel system. 24lb injectors, and a 255lph fuel pump would be necc. Stock, the fuel pump is only rated at 88lph, barely enough for a stock motor. As for a MAF, any one would suffice. A Lightning 90mm MAF would be the best option, however, you would need a tune or self tuner(Tweecer R/T, Anderson PMS, etc.) to make it work. Pro-M and PMAS are other decent options.
