id start out by checking the spark plugs and spark plug wire connections. Also, at what speed and rpm range is the problem occuring?

I would check to make sure the MAF is connection is completely plugged in and seated. You could be having a failing TFI module located on the passenger fender, below the air-box. Take it to Autozone and have it tested for free. Also, check to make sure you are getting fuel. You could have a bad fuel pump. Good luck!

sounds like it has a misfire, as stated check all secondary ignition components and grab a spray bottle and lightly mist the wires and cap and look for spark arcing

well it happens after idle pretty much. Im going to go ahead and take all the spark plugs out and check the MAF. I just recently replaced the fuel pump, maybe a fuel line came off? and like 4 months ago i checked the distributor cap and had a small crack on where one of the plugs go, not sure if that would do anything.

The CEL doesn't always come on... How much time would it take to check for codes? Probably about as long as it would take to make a video clip and post it???

good luck,

Cracks don't get smaller, They grow. Fix the obvious then go from there. The cap would be the first place I'd go if I knew it had a crack already
