Default Suspension Set up For the Dragstrip

I got a 91 Mustang Gt, Has 331 Stroker, Roush Iron heads Ported Polished, Cobra Intake Ported Polished, 12lbs Boost on Vortech Blower, Car is a 5 Speed. Question is? I have Subframes on Car and Car is lowered What suspension, Should I get to get car to hook at the track Launching around 3or4 grand at the track. I was wandering if antiroll bar, uppers and lowers, Drag shocks lakewoods front & back, and drag spring would be good enough with MT ET streets.. Thanks let me know....

is it a weekend warrior, track queen or more like a daily driver?

if you dont drive often, coilover tube k member would be ideal. otherwise you can piece something together thats more street friendly but you can easily change over to a track set up like my strange engineering shock/struts and eibach drag springs.

yes you should get some adj. control arms, sticky tires to go with it all.

Its basically a weekend driver on the streets at night if you get my drift, but going to be taking it to the track more.

might be worth while going with a tube k member coil over set up. been told they sacrafice some ride quality but work extremely well for the drag strip.

im going to keep my drag springs and get a tube k member with tube a arms that have spring perches welded in.

Is there any easy way to install that without pulling the motor can you put the front of the car in the air with jackstands, use a engine hoist to hold the motor up while you swap the k members out or what?

yup

you just need the really tall jack stands for the front to get it high enough to slide the k members in and out.
