speaking of underdrive pulleys, i have a set of bbk udps, but i'm hesitant to putting them on, i could just skip the alternator, but has anybody had any problems with charging and these pulleys?

id hold off the cam till you do heads, the intake wouldnt be bad, or exhaust. and as you have a SN car, i think they came with a better alternator than the foxes..not possitive, but as long as you dont have a big system i think youd be fine with the pullys...and yea if its a 5speed, a short throw made driving mine a lot more fun

oh right well i guess i forgot to mention a couple of things then too....i also have dynomax side exhaust, and the transmission is a cobra t5 which has a short shifter stock, i just changed to that from a tremec 3550 which needs to be rebuilt, 3rd gear is out in it and i have no clue why, but i haven't taken it apart to look at it yet either

far as i know, the cobras didnt have a short throw shifter from factory. its never been one of the listed differences between GT and Cobra.

hmm, well i guess it's an aftermarket shifter then, but it doesn't have stops either, so that's what made me think it was factory
